Has provided at least five (5) years of service directly affecting the well-being of children.
Currently resides in Highlands County.
Past nominees for this award may be renominated; however, past finalists from the previous two (2) years are not eligible for nomination.
Current Foundation Board members and employees are not eligible.
This Year’s Awards Gala will be held on September 26, 2024. Nominations due by June 3, 2024
